IMC Taps Magliarditi for Key Operations Post

International Market Centers, owner of the World Market Center in Las Vegas and several major High Point showroom buildings, has named Joseph A. Magliarditi senior vice president of operations and member of the company’s executive leadership team.
Magliarditi has more than 20 years of experience in operations, design and construction, and finance. His prior leadership roles include president and CEO of Gila River Business Development Authority, president and CEO of Palms Casino Resort, divisional president and CEO of Morgans Hotel Group, and executive vice president and chief operating officer of Tririga Inc.
In his new role, Magliarditi is responsible for managing construction, tenant improvement, facilities and maintenance, tenant relations, logistics, security, market operations, registration, events and operations services for the company’s entire portfolio of properties in Las Vegas and High Point.
“Joe brings with him a wealth of knowledge and executive experience that is directly applicable to our business,” said Robert Maricich, CEO of International Market Centers. “He will play a key leadership role in our company and in our next phases of growth.”
Magliarditi will be based in the Las Vegas office and will report to Maricich.
