FastFact: Northeast Paces Growth of Existing Home Sales

The organization said sales in the Northeast jumped 5.7% in 2016, and shot up 8.1% in January 2017, based on seasonally adjusted, annualized figures.
The Midwest was the only region that didn’t show growth, registering a modest 0.8% decline from 2016 to January 2017.
