Culp to Change NYSE Ticker Symbol on July 13

Culp LogoFabric supplier Culp Inc. said it will change its New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol from “CFI” to “CULP,” effective with the start of trading on July 13.

“We are pleased to align our new ticker symbol with our corporate name to allow for consistent brand recognition among all of our stakeholders,” said Frank Saxon, president and CEO of Culp, Inc. “The Culp name is well recognized in the marketplace as a trusted source of innovative fabrics and this change reinforces our commitment to delivering value for both our customers and our shareholders.”

The company produces and distributes mattress and upholstery fabrics at factories and distribution centers in the United States, Canada and China.
