Eleanor Beaton to Keynote June WithIt Conference

Eleanor Beaton, an award-winning speaker and internationally recognized expert in female leadership, will be keynote speaker for WithIt’s annual professional women’s conference, set for June 19-21 in Charleston, S.C.
WithIt, a women’s leadership development group for the home furnishings industry, said Beaton’s mission is to support women in building the confidence, influence and presence they need to successfully take their seats at the tables where the big deals and decisions are made.
The conference theme is “The Evolving Leader: Communicate, Collaborate, Cultivate.” WithIt said the event offers industry professionals at all stages of their careers the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, develop leadership skills, and connect with industry peers and mentors.

Additional program highlights include:
• Intensive pre-conference workshops on finance and leadership development that offer women skills to help them advance their companies.
• A second keynote address on the role that confidence plays in negotiation, promotion and business success from Carol Sankar, global business advisor and author of “The Confidence Factor for Women in Business.”
•A session on communication skills for sales presented by Lynne Jensen Nelson.
• Other sessions covering digital marketing, team management and the power of mentoring.
The conference will be held in downtown Charleston, S.C. at the historic Francis Marion Hotel.
Tickets are available for purchase online at www.WithIt.org. Early bird registration is offered at $100 discount through May 15. Registration is $300 for WithIt members, $450 for non-members, and $150 for full-time students. In addition, professional headshots will be offered for $125.
