Hancock & Moore Promotes Key Associates to VP Roles

High-end leather furnishings manufacturer Hancock & Moore has promoted Joy Bailey and Andy Coffey to vice presidents' positions.

Bailey has worked at the company for over 34 years, most recently as production manager. A graduate of CVCC with an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, she will report to Rock House Farm Family of Brands COO, Kevin Boyle.

Coffee joined Hancock & Moore in July 2003 as Controller. A graduate of Appalachian State with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he received his CPA license in 1998. He will report to CFO of Rock House Farm Family of Brands, Brandon Hucks.

“We are excited to be able to promote both Joy and Andy into these leadership positions for the company,” said Alex Shuford, III, CEO for Rock House Farm Family of Brands, parent company of Hancock & Moore. 

“Joy’s knowledge of Hancock & Moore’s operation has earned the respect of the entire organization. Andy’s financial acumen and leadership have proven invaluable to the company both before and during the acquisition. Both are assets to our team and will ensure continued success for the company,” Shuford said.
