Castelle Receives Top Atlanta Design Award

Capturing the highest award in the outdoor furniture category, Castelle was among those feted at a ceremony hosted by AmericasMart and attended by top designers in the Atlanta area.

“We are proud to have been recognized by this magazine and its editorial team,” said Derek Ritzel, president and CEO of Castelle. “The award brings recognition not only for Castelle, but also awareness of the outdoor category to the publication’s diverse audience including independent retailers and design professionals.”

Voting for the annually awarded Best of Design competition began in September within each of the Modern Luxury Interiors’ markets including Atlanta. Open to the public, votes were submitted through the publication’s website. Subsequent to the voting, the magazine’s editorial team assessed the vote getters and decided upon the best in each category using criteria specific to their market.

The winners were announced in the magazine and given awards at the Best of Design party.

Melissa Roman, director of designer sales for Castelle, was on hand to receive the award from Jenna Muller, associate publisher of Interiors Atlanta.
