Digital Marketing Expert to Keynote APRO Event

Digital marketing and online customer service expert Jay Baer will be keynote speaker for the Education Day program at the annual APRO Convention and Trade Show, which takes place May 9-11 in Galveston Island, Texas.
Baer, a widely published author, blogger and consultant, will headline the May 11 educational program at the annual meeting of the rent-to-own industry.
His latest book, "Hug Your Haters," has been described as the world’s first modern customer service manual, showing how companies large and small can benefit from the enormous increase in online complaints and customer feedback.
His presentation as the APRO event will focus on the steps necessary to retain and delight customers in an era in which customer service "has become a spectator sport."
Baer has 23 years experience in digital marketing and customer service, and currently heads the consulting firm Convince & Convert.
