FastFact: Furniture Store Sales Rise Just 1.3% in Third Quarter

Furniture store sales edged up 1.3% in the third quarter, well below the increases for the first two quarters of 2016, according to data from Impact Consulting Services, parent company of Home Furnishings Business.
The sales figure, which includes lifestyle furniture retailers, was up 3% in the second quarter and more than 5% in the first quarter.
