Theodore Alexander Acquired by Asian Investment Fund

High-end furniture producer Theodore Alexander has been acquired by Creative Home Furniture Co., Ltd., an Asian investment fund.
The acquisition includes the Theodore Alexander brand, all intellectual property and marketing networks worldwide, as well as production facilities in the United States and Vietnam, the company said.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
A statement from Theodore Alexander said its current management team would remain in place under the leadership of CEO Harvey Dondero, and said the new owner “will inject additional funding and expanded marketing networks to TA in support of growth and future acquisitions.”
Creative Home Furniture’s primary business is the import and wholesale of high-end home furnishings in China. Its brand portfolio includes Keno Bros. and Jamie Drake, who currently have licensed collections with Theodore Alexander.
Other CHF-owned brands include Elizabeth Oxford Creations, Bazzi, CIAC, Armando Rho, Baldi and CG Capelletti.
