Feizy Renovates Dallas Showroom, Targets Designers

Rug manufacturer Feizy will unveil a renovated showroom at next month’s Dallas Total Home and Gift Market, and has scheduled an educational breakfast and several promotions aimed at helping designers improve their business.

The events will take place in Feizy’s showroom in Suite 102 of the World Trade Center. The Dallas market is scheduled for Jan. 18-24.

Feizy is partnering with Haute Trends Collection designer Kerrie Kelly for an educational breakfast on the topic of “Livable Design: The Evolution of the Home Environment.” It begins at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 20.

“Livable design” is a forward-thinking home building concept that integrates and complements a family’s ever-evolving home and lifestyle. The presentation will include case studies and design clients that showcase these elements such as simple and intuitive design concepts, perceptible information and flexible use.

Kelly is creative director of Kerrie Kelly Design Lab and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) who sits on the advisory board for Eskaton’s Livable Design. She is an avid representative and speaker for Livable Design initiatives and a 28th Annual ARTS Awards finalist for interior design.

The breakfast event is open to all market participants.

As artisans supporting artists, Feizy said it is committed to helping designers grow their business. Promotions rolling out for he January 2017 markets allow designers to leverage valuable rewards, exclusive pricing and more.

The refreshed showroom will highlight Feizy’s growing line, including the Fine Collection, the Lifestyles Collection, numerous one-of-a-kind rugs, as well as the company’s newest collection, Bartlett.

The Bartlett Collection is made up of 100% cowhide rugs that blend rustic elegance and contemporary charm in a versatile line of high-quality hides. The cowhide was processed using an innovative, chrome-free tanning system, making them not only are eco-friendly but boosting shrink resistance, resilience and strength without sacrificing beauty and luxurious feel, the company said.
