FastFact: Multi-Story Homes Increasing in Popularity

Multi-story single family homes are increasing in popularity, accounting for 63% of homes built in 2015, according to new report from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
That's up from 58% of the homes built in 2009, the report said.
The report attributed the trend to declining lot sizes, coupled with the desire for larger homes.
