Eight New Tenants Boost Vegas Casual Furniture Offerings

Eight casual furniture producers have joined the tenant list for next month’s Las Vegas Market, giving the market more than 180 resources in the category on floors 12 and 13 of Building C.

Newcomers include Noble House Home Furnishings, a California-based company specializing in outdoor, décor and occasional products that is bringing a broad range of original designs to a 3,000 square-foot showroom on the 13th floor of Building C (C-1328).

Market officials said seven new tenants also are joining the sold-out temporary presentation on C13, including Winston Furniture, one of the largest and most recognizable names in the outdoor furniture industry. Regarded as “the performance company” specializing in high quality, quick-ship special orders, Winston’s product line for 2016 consists of 29 furniture collections, more than 550 fabrics, and 12 frame finishes.

Other new temporary tenants on C13 include Furniture Designhouse, Mountain House Furniture, Ningbo Sunmate Home & Casual Promotion Co., Phu Taj J.S. Company, Sunproof, and The Supreme Industries Ltd.

These newcomers join Agio, America’s Backyard, Ebel, Hanamint, OW Lee, Panama Jack, Kannoa, Casual Classics, Pelican Reef/Panama Jack, Poly-Wood, Ratana, Scancom International/Northcape, South Sea Rattan, Skyline Design, Sunset West, Telescope Casual, Veneman and Zuo Modern, Treasure Garden and more on the casual floors.

Additional casual resources can be found throughout the Las Vegas Market campus, including Tommy Bahama, Zuo Modern, Veneman Collections and Ashley Furniture, who is launching a new casual collection in their showroom on the 15th floor of Building B.

“For furniture buyers looking to add value to their stores, casual is a proven winner,” said Scott Eckman, executive vice president of marketing and furniture Leasing at International Market Centers. “As consumer demand for resources to enhance their outdoor space grows, Las Vegas Market is delivering new, trend-focused and unique resources to address increasing demand. For buyers, having top names and lines together on two contiguous floors makes shopping easy and convenient.”

The market takes place Jan. 22-26.
