Hooker Furniture Approves 20% Hike in Quarterly Dividend

Directors of Hooker Furniture (NASDAQ: HOFT) agreed to increase the quarterly cash dividend to 12 cents per share, a 20% boost from the previous dividend of 10 cents per share.
The new dividend is payable Dec. 30 to stockholders of record Dec. 15.
The company is scheduled to release earnings for its third fiscal quarter before the market opens on Dec. 7.
