Report: Cymax Auditors Question Retailer’s Ability to Continue Operating

Canadian online furniture retailer Cymax has cut numerous jobs in recent months following an auditor’s report that questioned the company’s “ability to continue as a going concern,” Bloomberg News reported.
According to the Bloomberg story, the auditor’s report showed that Cymax had losses of C$17.4 million (about $13.2 million) over a two-year period ending in December 2015.
The Bloomberg report said auditors want the company to boost gross margins and sales while reducing costs.
