More Than 50 New Exhibitors Join Suites at Market Square

The new exhibitors will boost the tenant count to more than 300 that will be spread out over the building’s three floors, IMC officials said.

“If you want to shop temporary showrooms, Suites at Market Square is where you need to be,” said Scott Eckman, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Furniture Leasing for IMC. “Three floors dedicated to every category, price point and aesthetic – from furniture to art to top-of-bed to home décor, tabletop and more. It’s an excellent showcase of up-and-coming companies all in one place. I look forward to the creativity and inspiration on display every market cycle.”

He said many of the new exhibitors are snowing in High Point for the first time.

Suites at Market Square is also home to Salon, an area devoted to design-focused, fashion forward companies and their innovative designs. Plus, an expansion from the Ground onto the Mezzanine level of the building provides an even larger and more compelling presentation of fresh new resources, Eckman said.

Amenities include Mercer Café on Mezzanine and Ghassan’s and Green Bean Coffee on the top floor, along with a new gathering place outside the building at the new South Elm Plaza with food trucks, seating and entertainment.

Other amenities include complimentary afternoon happy hour bars from 2-6 p.m. on all floors.
