FastFact: Furniture E-commerce Growth Outpacing Most Other Categories

E-commerce retailers of furniture and home furnishings experienced the highest sales growth among five major consumer product categories coming out of the Great Recession, according to research by Impact Consulting, parent company of Home Furnishings Business.
Between 2009 and 2014, furniture and home furnishings sold through e-commerce retailers jumped an average of 20% per year, the research indicates.
