C&D Building Gets 4 New Tenants for October Market

International Market Centers announced the addition of new tenants Artefama, Legends Global, CH Living and My Home Furnishings to the company’s Commerce and Design (C&D) building for the High Point Market, which takes place Oct. 22-26.

“C&D is a destination that appeals to a wide range of buyers,” said Scott Eckman, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Furniture Leasing for IMC. “The addition of these companies adds to the already diverse, broad and deep selection of furnishings and décor found throughout the property.

“It’s cumulative and thoughtful growth, building on a tenant base of already-strong brands with rich depth and breadth of resources. We continue to see great companies come to the building and are excited about the future.”

Brazilian furniture company Artefama brings its 2016 collection “The art of the matter” to a spacious new showroom on the fourth floor. Artefama makes furniture that resembles art influenced by Italian, Spanish and German craftsmanship.

Also new to C&D are furniture stand-outs Legends Global (space 5A,B); My Home Furnishings (space 5K,J); and CH Living (space 4A).

CH Living is a sister company to Little Castle, who is tripling the size of its showroom to nearly 5,000 square feet.

In addition, case goods manufacturer Sarreid Ltd. (space 3D) is celebrating its 50th anniversary this fall.

Other leading C&D tenants include Visual Comfort, Soicher-Marin, Brownstone, Urbia Imports, Dorel, O’Palier, and South Shore.
