E-commerce Retailer Dot and Bo Shuts Down

Dot and Bo, an online-only home furnishings retailer launched three years ago, has shut down after acquisition talks failed, according to several media reports.
The website InternetRetailer.com said the e-commerce company was in talks to be acquired by an unnamed public company, but wasn’t able to reach an agreement.
The website said Dot and Bo had annual sales of about $50 million and targeted Millennials with its product selection.
