Report: Living Spaces to Open Store, Distribution Center Near Austin

California-based retailer Living Spaces is planning to open a sizeable retail store and distribution center in Pflugerville, Texas, according to several local media reports.
The facility, which is in the Austin, Texas, market, will encompass 650,000 square feet, including a 150,000-square-foot retail store, according to a report in the Austin American-Statesman.
Much of the distribution center will be used to fulfill online orders, the report said, noting that the facility will be about twice as large as an Ikea store in nearby Round Rock, Texas.
The $40 million project is expected to take at least 18 months to complete.
Living Spaces has 18 stores in California and Arizona.
