Danish Furniture Producer Acquires Home Office Resource Jesper Office

Under terms of the agreement, Unique Furniture A/S will acquire key personnel and intellectual property specific to Jesper Office’s brand and product set. The purchase price was not disclosed.

He said the acquisition is indicative of Unique Furniture’s commitment to global expansion, which centers on delivering contemporary home and office furnishings with a high-level of quality, efficiency and security.  

Unique Furniture will maintain core corporate functions for Jesper Office in the existing headquarters in Branchburg, N.J., with plans to standardize business practices, creating operating efficiencies and improved productivity that will allow them to serve customers with greater competency nationwide.

Lindtrofte said Unique Furniture is committed to ensuring that there will be no disruption to operations, service, sales, distribution and support for the Jesper Office business.
