Art Van Opening 1st Out-of-State Store this Weekend

Warren, Mich.-based Art Van Furniture will open its first store outside its home state this weekend - in Chicagoland.
The Orland Park, Ill., location is one of five stores and a distribution center the retailer will open in the Chicago area, bringing about 600 jobs to the region, the company said Tuesday. Art Van also plans to open stores in Indiana and Toledo, Ohio, this year.
