Winners of Workplace of the Future Scholarship Announced

Benjamin Moore, in partnership with the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Foundation, recently held its Workplace of the Future scholarship competition for interior design students.

Entrants were challenged to submit renderings of a design solution that envisions what a workplace will look like in 5-10 years, incorporating key design elements of modular and adaptable workspaces, eco-friendly materials, technology driven environments and promoting employee wellness.

Three winners were announced and will be receiving one $5k grant each.  Selected by a panel of judges measuring overall presentation, conceptual creativity and design competency, the winners are:

•    Emily Manasc, rising Junior at Savannah College of Art and Design, whose concept focused on Human Centered Design

•    Tess Messina, rising Senior at Ringling College of Art and Design, whose concept centered around Restoring Imagination in Employees

•    Heather Sutherland, final year Graduate student at University of Texas at Austin, whose concept focused on Personality-Based Design and Functionality
