Kimbrell’s Furniture Opening Third Store in Fayetteville

A Kimbrell’s official said Friday that the chain hopes to open the new store, their third location in Fayetteville, by the end of the month, just in time for Fourth of July sales.
“We feel Fayetteville is a growing market, and we love being there,” said Regional Manager, Kris Bell.
Kimbrell’s primarily sells furniture but also carries appliances and TVs.
Bell said Kimbrell’s has several strengths. Unlike many of its competitors, he said, Kimbrell’s does all its’ financing in-house.
He said the chain also stresses customer service.
“When we do that, it’s actually better for the customers because that makes service even better because we have a vested interest in the customer being satisfied,” he said.
"We pride ourselves on selling to the whole family - mother, grandmother, daughters - because you have a great relationship," he said. "Half the customers who walk in the door are previous customers, and most of our store staff already know their names.
