Wayfair Expands Operation Center in Ireland

Waifair, Inc. (NYSE:W), one of the world’s largest online destinations for home furnishings and décor, announced the expansion of its multi-lingual European Operations Center in Galway, Ireland.
The company will create approximately 160 new jobs in the Galway area as it scales its workforce to keep pace with rapid growth in Europe. To accommodate the expanding team, Wayfair will open a new 30,000 square-foot facility to replace its prior facility. The company will celebrate the new office opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning.

Wayfair offers an extensive selection of home furnishings and décor across all styles and price points and generated $2,25 billion in net revenue in 2015 and $747.3 million in net revenue for first quarter 2016.
