Elements International Named Aaron’s Partner of the Year

Elements was commended for supplying two out of the top three bedroom groups leased by Aaron’s in 2015 as well as having the top selling bedroom group every year since 2010. It also supplied Aaron’s top Core Plus bedroom group for 2015. 

“Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for our valued partners to sell our product,” said Charlie Morgan, vice president of sales for Elements. “Working with Aaron’s to come up with a more effective strategy to better flow product and to maintain sufficient back-up stock in our own distribution center helped to eliminate missed sales and rentals, which is something we’re really proud of.” 

Elements was also recognized for the development of a new supply chain strategy that increased accuracy and timeliness of furniture deliveries to all 17 of Aaron’s fulfillment centers. Finally, it was acknowledged for effectively anticipating the delays from the West Coast port strikes in early 2015. Being Customs and Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) certified helped prevent further delays with Customs while effective planning and inventory back-up helped the partnership remain on track.
