Restonic Launches New Website

Restonic, a top bedding manufacturer, has launched its new mobile-based website.

It is engineered for a consistent, media-rich consumer experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

“In 2015, we embarked on an ambitious research project of 750 female shoppers to learn how consumers interact with us during the buying cycle and that data became the foundation of our research-driven, content-focused online strategy,” said Ron Passaglia, president and CEO of Restonic. “I think the new site does a superb job of narrating our deep and ever-evolving brand story in a modern, vibrant setting.” 

The research found that close to two-thirds of millennial use their phones to shop for a mattress. It also revealed the only three percent of RSAs always use their smart phones to help them sell a mattress. That is a number the company hopes to change with its new website. 

“Our new website streamlines the consumer’s experience from app to the website to marketing materials offered in store,” said Julia Rosien, brand director of Restonic. “On the product pages, an animated version of the mattress from the app will follow consumers on the screen as they scroll through the components, which we hope will make them more comfortable with our products when they visit a retail store.” 

Restonic’s custom app, designed by Wright Global Graphics, is built on 3D renderings to create an interactive experience. Features include the Retailer Locator, which showcases retailer social media channels and offers one-touch calling from a mobile device. It also features the SleepBlog, which was given a prominent spot on the home page.
