RH Introduces Consumer Membership Program

Lifestyle retailer Restoration Hardware (NYSE: RH) is unveiling a loyalty membership program for consumers that provides discounts on purchases.

Consumers can buy the RH Grey Card for an annual fee of $100. The card gives consumers 25 percent off on purchases across the RH portfolio of brands.

In addition to 25-percent discount, RH Grey Card members get 10 percent off sale merchandise, complimentary interior design services, a dedicated concierge service to manage orders, eligibility for preferred financing† plans on the RH credit card and early access to the retailer’s clearance events.

“Our lives are filled with complexity – and we long to break through the clutter to find simplicity,” said Gary Friedman, chairman and CEO. “We want to shop for what we want, when we want and receive the greatest value. So rather than navigating countless promotions, we’re changing things … because time is the ultimate luxury.”

The retailer’s membership card can be used through all of the RH channels—websites, in-store or its catalogs.
