DirectBuy Unveils Savings Guarantee

The Savings Guarantee Program is one of several planned initiatives in the company’s multi-year makeover to transform the member experience.                                                                           

DirectBuy’s Savings Guarantee allows members to be eligible to receive as much as 25 percent in guaranteed, money-back savings when they find a verified retailer price that does not meet DirectBuy’s established minimum savings criteria for its merchandise categories.

“Our new program gives us advanced ability to honor our mission to provide members with prices that are simply not available through traditional retail channels,” said Curt Hilliard, CMO of DirectBuy. “We will always be committed to providing shoppers with exceptional savings and selection whenever they choose to shop with DirectBuy.”

The retailer’s program price matches any competitors’ prices. To provide additional savings, DirectBuy then applies the product category’s promised percentage savings. For example, a member is always guaranteed to receive 25 percent off the lowest retail price of their desired accent furniture item if they identify a discrepancy.

Members have 30 days to file a claim after the purchase date to be eligible to receive DirectBuy’s Savings Guarantee. A refund check or merchandise credit is then issued.
