PMP Sales Taps 3 Regional Managers

The company said its new partnership with buying group Furniture First has spurred additional business and created the need for more team members.

Ed McClure has been named southeast regional manager. McClure has 35 years experience in a variety of positions including marketing, design and management. For the last 13, he has been a furniture manufacturers’ sales representative based in Georgia.

Eric Foltys and Jerry Certa will share responsibility for the Western U.S. as sales managers.

“That region of the country has great potential for growth,” said Ron Cooper, vice president of sales and marketing. “Both Eric and Jerry not only bring years of experience in running high-impact promotions, but they are also cut from the fabric of the West, which is more than ideal.” 

Foltys has more than 20 years of consulting experience working with a number of furniture retailers in more than 40 states. His focus has been on business development and high-impact promotions on the West Coast during the last two years.

Certa joins the team with more than 28 years of management experience and involvement in retail and promotional events in the furniture industry. 

“The need for regional managers was first seen early last year,” Cooper said. “We found ourselves traveling further west and south as news spread of what our company offers to independent retailers.”
