OMI Names Customer Service Director

Mattress supplier Organic Mattresses has named industry veteran Alice Dixon customer service director.
Dixon brings more than 15 years of sales and customer service experience to the company.
Prior to joining OMI, Dixon worked at Sommex Bedding Group headquarters in Toronto, where she oversaw customer service, sales and accounts receivable. Dixon has six years experience in the organic mattress industry starting as a customer service manager with Natura World.
“Alice is someone who is well established in the industry,” said Walt Bader, OMI founder. “She has formed and maintained great relationships with mattress retailers and consumers who trust her expertise.
