Maison&Objet Names Director for Americas Fair

Based in Miami, Isoldi will work with the North and South American markets to ensure the success of Maison&Objet fairs globally.

“We are very pleased to bring on Gastón Isoldi as americas director,” said Philippe Brocart, managing director of Maison&Objet. “We are excited for the strong reception the Americas fair has already received and are confident that with Gaston at the helm, it will continue to flourish.”

Isoldi previously worked at Reed Exhibitions. Isoldi also held positions with advertising and marketing agencies Ogilvy & Mather and McCann-Erickson. He has also worked for Sony Latin America and Visa International in the marketing and communication strategy departments focusing on the Latin American market.

“With each year, Miami is becoming regarded more and more as an essential destination for art and design,” Isoldi said. “Like with Miami Art Week during the winter, I hope to make Maison&Objet Americas a highly anticipated event and design destination week for Miami in the spring.”

Maison&Object Americas made its debut in May in Miami Beach at the Miami Beach Convention Center with more than 10,000 visitors and 300 exhibitors.

The upcoming fair will be held May 10-13 with double the exhibition space.
