Lemay Buys Andres Escobar & Associates

The transaction will further Lemay’s interior design capability help facilitate the company’s expansion into the New York market, where Andres Escobar & Associates has a strong presence and history.

Lemay was founded in 1957 in Montreal and remains one of Canada’s leading architectural and design companies. Andres Escobar & Associates was founded in 1989 and is a premier design firm in Montreal. Its projects span he world, but the company first entered the New York City market in 2001 in Brooklyn, where the firm ingeniously converted the Gretsch Guitar Factory into condominiums.
