Scott Shuptrine Opens New Gallery in Art Van

Luxury furniture retailer Scott Shuptrine Interiors opened its store in the Township, Mich., Art Van Furniture store on Black Friday.

The new gallery takes the brand’s store count to six in Michigan and one in the Chicago market.

“There’s great demand for high end home furnishings and interior design services,” said Jeanette McNamara, director of Scott Shuptrine Interiors. “We’re continually encouraged by our customers to bring our exclusive luxury brands and personalized shopping experience to more communities like Shelby Township.”

This year, Scott Shuptrine Interiors opened its first standalone gallery in Grosse Pointe,  Mich., and a more than 10,000-square-foot gallery within Art Van Furniture in Downers Grove, Ill. Each gallery employs a team of professional interior designers who provide a complimentary interior design consultation.

“Scott Shuptrine Interiors has brought a premium level of home furnishings and service to both Michigan and Illinois, making world-renowned interior design accessible for today’s discerning home decor buyer,” said Art Van Elslander, founder and chairman of Art Van Furniture. “We’re thrilled with the success of Scott Shuptrine’s relaunch and eager to open more new locations in Michigan and beyond.”
