Z Gallerie Upgrades Retail Technology

Home furnishings retailer Z Gallerie has selected the full suite of Aptos retail solutions to help streamline, optimize and integrate its omni-channel retail operations, while supporting new means of engaging with its customers. 

Z Gallerie sells home furnishings to consumers through an omni-channel approach in its stores, online and with its catalogs.

To modernize its retail technology to support future growth, Z Gallerie sought an omni-channel retailing solution that offered strong CRM and e-commerce functionality with financial reporting capabilities.

Aptos works with more than 122,000 stores live on its platform. More than 500 retail brands rely on Aptos solutions to generate more than $523 billion in annual revenues.

The Aptos suite will allow  Z Gallerie to better understand customers’ wants, needs and buying behavior, improve in-store engagement for both customers and associates, and allow the company to expand and enrich its digital commerce footprint.
