Aaron’s Supports Junior Achievement Park in Southern California

Atlanta-based Aaron’s (NYSE: AAN)has unveiled a storefront at the Junior Achievement of Southern California’s Finance Park in Los Angeles.
The Junior Achievement Park allows 7th to 12th grade students to see, touch and live the experience of personal finance in a real-life setting of stores.
“The Junior Achievement Finance Park has gained a valuable addition in the new Aaron’s storefront, which will provide a powerful outlet to teach kids these fundamental skills,” said Kat Delgado Kirkwood, chief education officer of Junior Achievement of Southern California. “It’s important to educate kids in our community at a young age about personal finance.”
Junior Achievement’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy through a community partnership of educators, volunteers, philanthropy and business. The Finance Park aims to improve the financial literacy of future business leaders and employees.
