Previously, Plume worked at CA Technologies for more than 17 years where she started as the payroll manager and then expanded her responsibilities to include human resources. She led various projects within the company, including the implementation of global enrollment benefits. Plume also ran her own business where she set up payroll, accounting software, and organized book keeping for other companies.

Plume’s new responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of human resource management and the company’s finances.
