Strategic distribution agreements recently have been inked for exclusive U.S. domestic warehouse distribution beginning in 2014 with drop-ship e-commerce supplier Red Star Traders, which will offer a full line of exclusively designed Legare-RST Kids Collections tool-free furniture to top 100 online retailers using RST’s state-of-the-art direct to consumer fulfillment system and network of integrated distribution centers located throughout the United States.
Additional sole-agent agreements have been signed to distribute into the countries of Great Britain and Ireland with Ventura; India with Elenza; China and Taiwan with Ifree; and Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia with Novena.
Legaré also announced the hiring of its new managing director of Europe, Lionel Chevalier , who will manage Legare European sales and marketing, product development and 3PL distribution from a new office in Lille, France.
At the July 29-August 2 Las Vegas Furniture Market, Legaré will show in World Market Center-A1024, where it will introduce the "Princess" bunk bed and "Castle" loft bed, both of which can be assembled without the use of any screws, bolts, or metal hardware in less than 15 minutes.
“The growth of our themed kids business has been phenomenal," said Legaré Europe Managing Director Lionel Chevalier. "The space-saving new Princess Bunk and Castle Loft Beds are ideally designed for young kids, while our other recent introductions like the hip Skateboard and New York urban themed collections, and the sleek Euro Titanium/White and GreyOak/White collections are targeted towards older kids and young adults. And what’s really remarkable is the fact that ALL of these new items can be assembled in just a few short minutes without the use of tools or hardware.”
