Innocor Adds 3 to Executive Team

Foam product supplier Innocor has named three members to its executive team.

Innocor, formerly Sleep Innovations, has named Nitin Chadda, executive vice president of product management and innovation; Sandra Oliszewicz, general counsel; and Mary Anne Spencer, vice president of human resources. The team members round out an executive team led by Carol Eicher, president and CEO, who joined the company in 2014, as it was rebranded Innocor.

“In the year since the rebranding, our focus remains on continuing the company’s rich history of research-based innovation on the foam manufacturing side, as Innocor Foam Technologies, and the consumer comfort product side, as Innocor Comfort,” Eicher said. “I am excited to now have a world class team in place to further Innocor’s leadership position in the industry.”

Chadda will build Innocor’s product line management function, as well as drive the consumer marketing, innovation and product development agenda for the company. In his year career, Chadda has held a series of strategy, marketing, business development, business integration and project management roles within various upstream and market facing businesses.

Prior to joining Innocor, Chadda held the position of global business development director for Dow Chemical’s building and construction business group. Chadda’s responsibilities included management of business’ innovation portfolio, as well as leading development of the business group’s strategy. He began his career in research and development at Rohm and Haas as a research process engineer.

Oliszewicz is responsible for the strategic planning, management and coordination of all legal activities companywide. With more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience, Oliszewicz is an accomplished business strategist with background in managing corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory requirements, FCPA compliance, employment matters, litigation, contract work and patents/trademarks.

Previously, she served as general counsel and corporate secretary for Harlan Laboratories, where she was a member of the management committee and head of the law department. Prior to Harlan Laboratories, Oliszewicz spent 17 years at Baxter International, serving as senior counsel in a strategic senior leadership role for pharmaceutical and medical device business units.

Spencer leads strategic planning, management and coordination of all human resources activities across Innocor’s two divisions. With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience, Spencer is a leading human resources executive with a broad business acumen and expanded viewpoint to manage large-scale business change and transformation.

Most recently, she served as director of corporate human resources and global compensation for Ashland, where she was the recipient of the Ashland Women’s International Network Business Impact Award in 2013.  Prior to Ashland, Spencer spent more than eight years at International Specialty Products, where she served as vice president of human resources.

“Each of these hires is fundamental to Innocor’s continued growth as the leader in foam technology and comfort innovation,” Eicher said. “We are proud to have a team of the best in the industry—leaders with extensive backgrounds who will continue to advance our ambitious goals of delivering the most creative, value added solutions for all of our business partners.”
