Starmount Solutions Implemented in Unicomer Stores in 20 Countries

Austin, Texas-based Starmount Solutions, a commerce platform for cross-channel customer interactions, has deployed Starmount Engage, Starmount Connect and Oracle Retail Point-of-Service for 106 Unicomer stores in El Salvador and is implementing its solutions in 20 countries.
Unicomer Group is comprised of 830 appliance, consumer electronics and furniture stores in Central America, the Caribbean, Ecuador and the United States. It has more than 14,000 associates, 1.8 million customers and 3.6 million square feet of sales area in its stores in Central America and the Caribbean.
