Conn’s Opens Store in S.C.

Specialty home goods retailer Conn’s (NASDAQ: CONN) will celebrate the grand opening of its first store in Spartanburg Saturday with gift card giveaways, storewide promotions and an opportunity for local customers to win a $10,000 shopping spree.
The 38,700-square-foot Conn’s HomePlus at 100 Peachwood Center Dr. in Spartanburg is the third in South Carolina, including locations in Florence and Greenville.
“We are excited to continue growing in South Carolina with our first store in Spartanburg, said David Trahan, president of Conn’s retail division. “We work hard to give our customers smart financing options through our Yes Money in-store credit program, and this effort is driving our growth not only in South Carolina but across the country as well.”
