Globe Express Names Chief Commercial Officer

In her position, Datta is responsible for developing the company’s global commercial strategy and building a team to further expand its presence in the international market. An accomplished and experienced business leader, Datta is a thorough professional with an ability to build synergies across platforms and organizations to deliver consistent growth for all stakeholders.

Prior to joining GES, Datta was the CCO of a regional port and logistics service provider. Datta was also the founder and CEO of International Management Consultants, a Dubai-based full-service management consultancy, training and executive search firm. In the past, she has worked with Maersk Group, where she became one of the company’s youngest managing directors. Responsible for the Group’s Middle East offices, Datta led Maersk Line, Safmarine and Maersk Logistics.
