Capel Rugs Promotes Sweeters, Williamson

Sweeters is based in Norwalk, Conn., and is responsible for the management of Capel’s national sales force, working with the regional sales managers to drive sales in their territories. He joined Capel Rugs in 2003 and was most recently serving as Northeast regional manager for the company, managing sales and sales training for accounts across New England, New York and New Jersey, before being promoted to national sales manager. He reports to John Magee, president of Capel, as a senior member of Capel’s sales management team. 

Capel Rugs has also promoted Sylvia Williamson to sales coordinator. She joined the company in 2000 and was most recently serving as sales administrator. She reports to Sweeters and is based in Troy.
