Compass Diversified Sets Distribution

Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) declared the distribution for the quarter ended June 30  is payable on July 29 to all holders of record as of July 22.

"We are pleased to declare our second quarter distribution of $0.36 per share,” said Alan Offenberg, CEO of Compass Diversified Holdings. “We have now declared a distribution each quarter since our IPO in May of 2006 and, including this quarter, will have cumulatively distributed $12.4752 per share to our shareholders."
