Elk Group Acquires Lamp Works

Founded in 1994, Lamp Works is know for its decorative lamps at competitive pricing.

Under the agreement, ELK Group has purchased certain assets of Lamp Works that include the inventory, trade name, hospitality resources and website. The operations and inventory will move from Carol Stream, Ill., to Elk Group’s headquarters in Pennsylvania where it maintains 1.2 million square.

“Lamp Works’ beautiful array of exclusive styles will complement our existing selections, broaden our rice range while expanding our presence in the hospitality arena,” said Bradford Smith, CEO Elk Group.

Lamp Works will retain showrooms at the major industry shows in Atlanta, Dallas, High Point and Las Vegas. A new product release and consolidated catalog will be scheduled in the upcoming months.
