Rob Cohen has resigned his position as CEO of Twin-Star International

The company has made a number of changes to its management team.

Pete Harper, previously vice president and CFO has been named co-president for the company. Harper retains his CFO role and assumes responsibility for worldwide operations, human resources, IT, and customer service.

“I am more excited than ever about our ability to design, manufacture and deliver quality products at attractive prices to all our customers and look forward to working together with our talented Twin-Star employees to make our mission a reality every day,” Harper said.

Marc Sculler, previously senior vice president of Bell’O International, has been named co-president of Twin-Star International. In this role, Sculler will oversee sales, marketing and product development for Twin-Star.

“Twin-Star is a remarkable company built by a tremendous team,” Sculler said. “I am extremely excited about the opportunities ahead of us and continuing this pursuit of excellence.”

Andy Bandremer, previously senior vice president, has been named executive vice president and will be working with Sculler. Bandremer is responsible for new business development and will continue to drive Twin-Star’s product development efforts.

The new structure better aligns with sales, marketing and new business development.

“We thank Rob for his time at Twin-Star,” said Troy Templeton, chairman. “We are fortunate to have a deep and talented leadership team and expect the business to continue its growth and market leadership.”
