IMC Prices IPO Shares at $12 to $14

Furniture showroom owner International Market Centers has priced shares for its initial public stock offering between $12 and $14.

The company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday that if all shares were sold at the maximum offering price the IPO could raise $185.15 million.

International Market Center owns 14 showroom buildings in High Point with 6.7 million square feet, and the three-building complex, garage and pavilions in Las Vegas with about 5.4 million square feet.

The company plans to sell 11.5 million shares of its common stock. The underwriter has the option to buy up to 1.7 million additional shares.
