Spirit of Life Raises $1.6M for City of Hope

The Spirit of Life dinner raised $1.6 million to support medical research at the City of Hope.
More than 800 people celebrated the industry’s 50th year of support for the City of Hope.
Kurt Darrow of La-Z-Boy and Clarence Smith of Havertys were the honorees for the event that netted a record-breaking amount.
Next year’s honorees are Farooq Kathwari, chairman, CEO and president of Ethan Allen, and Richard Feng, chairman and CEO of Markor.
