The upgraded site offers retailers a faster, easier and more comprehensive online experience, according to Mike Genrich, senior vice president of sales and marketing.
"As just one of the many features of the site, our dealer base will be able to get real time inventory by item and place orders and check status of orders based on their login," he said.
Customers can also flip through the company’s 788-page catalog, access product pricing, check inventory status, add or delete products to their carts, download high-resolution images, access assembly instructions, view, edit and print lists of saved products and more.
“In addition to our goal of supplying our customers with the best and largest assortments of products at the best possible prices, we realize the need to also be a world-class supplier in terms of customer focus, and the revamping of our website is a big step in that direction,” Genrich said.
The site is also easy for consumers to use.
"Consumers who visit our site, while not privy to pricing, can look at our extensive lineup of furniture, which is categorized into our major segments that include bedroom, youth, dining room furniture, living room furniture, lighting and accent furniture, mattresses and much more,” Genrich said.
To enhance a consumer's online experience, the site features a dealer locator that directs consumers to the closest stocking retailer. Consumers can also create printable and e-mailable wish lists to assist in purchases. The site also has a 3D room planning tool.
