Jerry Marlin Joins Washington Furniture

In the position, Marlin reports to Gerald Washington, CEO.

Marlin has worked for a number of furniture suppliers including most recently Prime Designs and  motion producer Peoploungers.  Previously, he served as merchandising manager of retailer Farmers Furniture and as national account manager of fabric supplier Culp. 

"Jerry's vast experience in retail, fabric, and manufacturing will help us to continue our growth and leadership in our product categories,” Washington said.  "Part of Jerry's role, will be to focus on key accounts and creating and marketing our product line to provide an outstanding value to our customers."

Washington opened the new Washington Furniture Sales, which produces promotional to mid price upholstery and recliners in 2009 and has showrooms in High Point, and Tupelo, Miss.
