Mattress Firm Shares Priced at $67.31

Bedding retailer Mattress Firm (NASDAQ: MFRM) has set the price of $67.31 per share for more than 1.5 million shares of common stock to be sold by certain stockholders, some of whom are management or otherwise affiliated with directors of the company.
Some of the 1.505 million shares are held by investment funds affiliated with J.W. Childs Associates, L.P., to UBS Investment Bank, as the sole underwriter in the proposed registered public offering of the shares.
Total gross proceeds of the offering total about $101.3 million. The offering is expected to close April 13. Mattress Firm is not selling any shares nor will the company receive any proceeds from the sale.
